We’re seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to lead and manage engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, and budget management. This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven track record in managing engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with diverse engineering disciplines.
• Familiarity with Singapore Authorities’ procedures and processes.
• Proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Conversant in project management principles, with certification in PMP and AGILE being advantageous.

• Successfully execute and complete engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope and budget.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including project goals, scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
• Monitor and control project performance, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure completion within budget.
• Collaborate with customers, consultants, OEM partners, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors throughout all project stages.
• Ensure high-quality project documentation, accuracy, and attention to detail.
