Job Description JOB PURPOSE Lead, manage the planning & execution of major Projects, which includes but not limited to: Tech & Durables Initiatives Growth Initiatives RMS (Retail Measurement Services) Product Enhancement Projects Strategic Initiatives as needed This Project manager will drive Project execution excellence -- on-time, on-quality delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES Work with Leadership & Project teams to develop detailed Project plans. This includes: Schedule planning – Define Project tasks and build detailed schedule Resource planning – Build plan for incremental FTE and contractors. Bring cross functional project team together, organize the activities for smoother execution Constantly monitor progress against plan (schedule, resources) using appropriate tools Evaluate Project status from schedule and quality perspectives, mitigates risks, resolves and /or escalates issue in a timely manner. Shared responsibility with teams in problem solving. Effectively communicate Project progress, risks/problems and solutions to stakeholders. Takes ownership & manages Project changes to achieve Project outputs Effectively applies Project management methodology, improves project execution standards Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately COMPETENCIES Leadership skills Clear thinking and problem solving skills Strong planning and organizing skills Good communication skills Good Influencing skills & Conflict management skills Adaptability, Maturity in during challenging times & Stress tolerance OTHER REQUIREMENTS E=essential, P=preferred Knowledge of Tech & Durables (P) Proven experience in project/Project management (E) Fluency in English (E) 5+ years of work experience (E) knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management (E) Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
