Company Description Job Description The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects to ensure they remain within the agreed scope, schedule, cost and quality. Have the ability provide decision making authority across all technical and business process related issues. Ensure that contractual agreements with solution providers and vendors are managed to expectations. Identify, maintain and manage project budgets. Ensure best value for Company in respect to negotiations / contracting with both internal and external suppliers. Ensure funding arrangements are in place. Manage scope and settle trade-offs/compromises, if required, to meet project deadlines with Customer and solution providers. Identify team resources required in conjunction with all the Programs. Form the project team and maintain resource capability across the projects. Ensure IT, infrastructure, process and organization elements of a project are addressed and integrated. Point of escalation to resolve project issues and remove associated project delays.
