Job Description We are looking for a Project Manager (Non-Technical) to join a dynamic team supporting technical partners, with a focus on operational coordination, communications, and partner support rather than hands-on technical delivery. This is a short-term project opportunity, ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments and delivering impact through organisation and communication. What You’ll Do Manage a shared, partner-facing inbox, triaging and responding to incoming queries Route requests to the appropriate internal stakeholders when needed Independently respond to standard or recurring queries with accuracy and clarity Support onboarding and ongoing partner communications Collaborate internally to gather information and resolve partner questions Process and approve operational requests within internal systems Contribute to building and improving documentation and FAQs Qualifications Strong written communication skills (client-facing or external communication experience) Background in support, coordination, or operations roles Experience working with Salesforce Ability to work independently and navigate across teams to source information Language: English required Nice to Have: Familiarity with project management tools Exposure to SDLC concepts Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot) to enhance productivity Key Traits for Success Proactive and resourceful mindset — able to “figure things out” Comfortable interacting with external stakeholders Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Curious and thoughtful approach to decision-making and escalation Additional Information Short-Term Project
