Main tasks:

  • managing projects in the area of product launches as well as major internal (e.g. Global Excellence)
  • responsibilities for the whole project life cycle (PLC), beginning with the project scope statement and the planning phase until its successful
  • coordinate and facilitate the teamwork between different departments, global locations and legal entities to ensure the project completion
  • identify, assemble and manage the project’s resources
  • continuously monitor & report the project status to all concerned stakeholders
  • ensure the necessary legal documentation is completed and signed-off
  • resolve or escalate issues in a timely fashion
  • travel and visit our Clients (Up to 10% will be necessary)

We expect you to bring:

  • bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • experience in leading major projects within the automotive industry
  • qualification in project management (PMI, or equivalent) will be appreciated
  • proven experience in scope, cost, stakeholders, risk and change management
  • leadership experience (problem solver and motives the team),
  • excellent communication skills, continuous improvement mindset and spotless work ethic.
  • manage your budget and possess a good understanding of financial KPIs
  • fluent in Polish and English
