Redpath Australia is seeking an experienced Underground Project Manager to lead and deliver underground mining operations at our Norseman project. This is a senior leadership role responsible for the safe, efficient, and profitable execution of the project while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and client engagement. The Project Manager is accountable for achieving all project objectives and targets to ensure the successful delivery of the project. This includes end‑to‑end project planning and execution; leadership of people and resources; strict compliance with health, safety, training, environmental, and quality systems; administration of commercial and cost control systems; contract management; and overall leadership and direction of the project team.
