THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Provide in-person orientation sessions with clients ensuring understanding of the system.
• Maintain accurate documentation including project plans, risk logs, meeting notes, and reports.
• Be a confident expert in the Nourish Care system and offer suggestions in line with best practice.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies across the business.
• Setting, tracking and completing actions within a project planning suite.
• Working with our Product and Support team to amplify the voice of the customer
