We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Remote, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada (CA).
As an Agile Project Manager / Delivery Manager, you are responsible for managing all aspects of the project throughout the project’s lifecycle - Sales, Initiation, Planning, Execution, Control and Closure as well as managing operational activities such as resource requests, contracts & time codes, invoicing, internal status, and metrics reporting. This role can be remote or hybrid, as is expected to work in the PST time zone.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ Years’ experience managing projects across the entire Systems Development Life Cycle using both Waterfall & Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) methodologies.
  • 5+ Years’ experience monitoring and controlling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 5+ Years’ experience working closely with Business and Technology partners to create end to end project plans including staffing plans, business tasks and deliverables, clear scope/MVP definition, and associated assumptions and risks
  • 1+ Years’ experience with agile project management tools such as Jira, Jira-Align, Rally, Version One
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Responsibilities:

You are the key to making sure our projects can move seamlessly from phase to phase. You will ensure that after we have won a deal, the right people are in place to fulfil our promises to the client, even if that means filling in for certain roles yourself. You will also keep stakeholders informed on how the project is going and remove any obstacles should they arise. Finally, you will ensure delivery meets our standard of excellence and supplies the client with what they need.
