Based in Laverton North at our Pipe Road chemical manufacturing facility, we’re looking to engage a Project Manager with over 10 years experience within our Project Management Team In the role of Project Manager, who will be accountable to lead people and projects from initial phase through to completion whilst managing all project team resourcing. They will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all phases of a project, delegating tasks to team members, ensuring targets are met and reporting to senior management and other collaborators.

How You’ll Help Us Grow
Develop project management plans in agreed customer requirements and timeline.
Lead technical challenges, provide leadership and guidance to Project Engineers
Coordinate execution of Capital works element to deliver projects in spec, with minimum total cost of ownership , on time, on budget meeting company Zero Harm safety commitment.
Manage an effective project management framework that guarantees compliance to corporate and regulatory OHS and Process Safety Management requirements as well as legislative Engineering Standards
Manage and report project schedules, project resourcing, risks, quality and costs to meet budget and timely delivery of project
Utilise Nufarm financial accounting methodologies, contract/tender management systems and procurement methodologies during the execution of projects
Provide subject matter expertise in Project Management, technology best practice, Lowest life cycle cost vs Lowest installed cost and construction safety.
Ensure Management Of Change process is followed within area of responsibility.
Manage project close out in a timely manner to capture all asset data and construction records.
Could This Be You?
You’re Tertiary qualified in Engineering and bring extensive experience in manufacturing project management across multidisciplinary teams.
You have a strong scientific approach to solving problems, the ability to make data-based decisions, and you’re comfortable working in a team environment with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation.
