• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project execution.
• Utilize project management software to track project milestones and deliverables.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to report on project status and address any concerns.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout all project phases.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in project management within a manufacturing or food industry setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with construction management software is a plus but not required.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics is advantageous but not mandatory.
