The Role
This client is seeking a Project Manager to take control of a residential develpment in Tralee.
You will oversee daily operations and have the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget in a safely manner.
You will be the point of contact with all subcontractors as well site teams.
You will report into a visiting Contracts Manager
The Requirements
You must have a degree in Civil Engineering or COnstruction Management
Experience of deliviering residential developments (Open to an Assistant PM stepping up)
Excellent communication skills
