My Client are one of Ireland’s leading Residential Developers based in Munster with experience in handling projects in the Retail & Commercial industries who are on the lookout for a Project Manager for a residential project in Cork. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the successful completion of the project, adhering to budget, timeline, safety and quality standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Third Level Qualification in relevant Construction Discipline

• Responsibility for the management, coordination and execution of the scope of works for each project, whilst meeting the project objectives set out for EHS, design, technical, quality, programme and commercial.
• Coordinate and monitor and review construction drawings, specifications and work requirements.
• Allocate and manage resources to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the construction projects
• Determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed
• Manage quality control for the lifecycle of the project and ensure all project documentation is managed correctly
• Ensure material and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule
• Prepare reports on Project Management Software
• Modify and update the project programme with senior management to ensure key milestones are met.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Legislation
• Ensure compliance with BC(A)R
• Collaborate with subcontractors, engineers, architects and key team members of the project team
