THE COMPANY

· This recently formed RC Frame/Groundworks subcontractor have grown year on year since their foundation 3 years ago. They have a current turnover of £20m and have completed projects up to £9m.

THE REQUIREMENTS

· You must be degree qualified, ideally in civil engineering, and have continually progressed your career from an engineering background. You must have Project Management experience up to £10m.

· You will be responsible for delivering a £3.5m RC Frame/Groundworks package in North London. This is a schools project consisting of associated groundworks and 1 RC Frame. You will have a visiting Contracts Manager, Foreman and have a few Engineers as well as an assistant PM so a structured set up.
