Job Description You take over a project of Power Semiconductor Product managing all project-related communications, in cooperation with R&D, Manufacturing in Germany and our cooperation partner in China. You translate customer requirements (technical, commercial, and quality) into clear internal work packages. You plan and control the project lifecycle from concept through manufacturing setup to Serial Production (SOP) and official product release in cooperation with the joint-venture partner, You ensure project target QCD; You proactively manage customer expectations, handle escalations, and drive initiatives to achieve and improve customer satisfaction. You lead a cross-functional international project team, fostering collaboration between technical experts, supply chain, and quality assurance. You represent the project and report in review committee and to management. Qualifications At least 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager; Specifically focusing on Power Electronic, Power Semiconductor or power modules. Work experience as project manager in international scope (e.g. EU & CN); Experience in cooperating with Joint Ventures in China is highly preferred. Master’s degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Insightful knowledge of mechanical construction, packaging technology, and the APQP/PPAP processes for electronic circuits. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of comprehension and analytical strength, flexibility in a dynamic environment. Customer and result orientated Legal Entity: Bosch (Chengdu) Information Technology Service Ltd.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager will oversee the Power Semiconductor Product project, managing all communications between R&D, Manufacturing in Germany, and the partner in China, translating customer needs into internal work packages.
