As a Freelance Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of commercial office fit-out projects. You’ll act as the key point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams—ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all phases of office fit-out projects from pre-start to completion
• Liaise with clients, contractors, designers, and consultants
• Ensure all work is delivered to scope, quality, time, and budget constraints
• Oversee site activity and health & safety compliance
• Monitor project progress, cost reporting, and change control
• Coordinate site logistics, procurement, and subcontractor performance
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders
