• Coordinate resources for the effective execution of projects
• Ensure that projects are delivered successfully to agreed scope, budget and timelines
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop detailed and comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
• Manage IT delivery program of works, organisational change, project and process integration

• Ensure successful implementation of services for the designated products and projects - following and complying to DDS process and other relevant Woodside standards and procedures
• Proactively identify and removes blockers, limits work in progress and prevents distractions
• Facilitate frequent retrospectives, sharing metrics to identify and implement project
• improvements.
• Conflict management - Identify differences in understanding and issues as they arise and elevate them to the team for resolution, or to management if needed
• Work with Product Owners to ensure that testing and feedback is completed in a timely manner and meeting the Sprint timelines
