POSITION SUMMARY The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate various aspects of projects, ensuring successful execution from conception to completion. This includes managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables, with a focus on supporting research activities, training initiatives, and report development.   ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS * Project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities. * Assists with the design and implementation of semi-structured interviews. * Assists with the thematic analysis of interviews to identify key themes and insights. * Designs and implements training programs for project stakeholders. * Prepares for workshops, including logistical arrangements and content development. * Develops a comprehensive final report summarizing project findings and outcomes. * Complies with all legal requirements and company policies. * Performs all other duties as assigned.   QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Education/Training/Experience Minimum: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, Social Sciences, Healthcare Management or a related discipline. * 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a research or clinical-focused environment. Preferred: * Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master’s degree in a related discipline.    Skills Knowledge * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
