Aviation Support Florida is looking for a Project Manager (on Hawker, Embraer Legacy and Challenger aircrafts) to join our team that will direct and coordinate activities of several disciplines on a project of moderate scope or a combination of smaller projects. Project Manager will ensure the proper work of a team following deadlines and standards.
Assist in the direction of project planning, budgeting and establishing critical project objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Civil Engineering or minimum 5 years relevant experience (Hawker, Embraer Legacy, Challenger experience is an advantage)
• Experience in Base Maintenance
• Must be eligible to work and live in the USA
• Russian language is an advantage
• Ability to lead/motivate individuals and teams
• Good communication and team working skills
• High sense of responsibility, preciseness and in a due time
• Strong organizational skills and be able to respond to changing or multiple work demands
• Working flexible hours, including rotating or fixed shifts

• Defining project requirements and establishing project work plans and deadlines
• Following the procedures described in Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) and other manuals within Technical Department
• Following the job safety and occupational health rules and standards
• Serve as customer primary point of contact in communicating, coordinating, and follow up for work progress, resolution of squawks according to established procedures and forms
