EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Masters in Project Management preferred

EXPERIENCE

• Three (3) or more years of healthcare or performance improvement experience required
• Experience with clinical and financial healthcare functions preferred
• Experience in working with people who are geographically dispersed
• Experience in analytics preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

• Must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of project planning
• Strong time and task management to prioritize multiple projects or initiatives
• Proficient communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of internal associates
• Uses imagination and judgment to recommend workable alternatives to project stakeholders
• Ability to problem solve and work through barriers to project progress
