This would include development and monitoring of project charters, work plans, work breakdown schedules, project milestone and status reports, resource plans, budgets, etc. * This role must develop comprehensive communications strategies to ensure all appropriate team members and stakeholders across the districts are abreast of project issues and status. Provide regular feedback and exchange of information with other project leader(s), department heads, management members, and senior leadership * Proactively identify, track and resolve issues, risks and dependencies associated with projects managed, and communicate risks and issues to project team and senior leadership. Identify and implement issue resolutions. Lead risk management identification and mitigation plans * Must possess knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques. * Monitor multi mullion dollar operational budgets *  Works within the Enrollment and Campus Planning department under the Chief Finanical Officer. Responsible for the management of 3 or more medium to large-sized, moderately to highly complex projects * Other duties as assigned   What You’ll Need:   * Bachelor’s Degree * Three (3+) plus years direct project management experience in planning, estimating/budgeting, resource planning, risk assessment, expectation management, scope and issue management with complex projects. * Three (3+) plus years experience in education a plus- Preferred * Master's Degree - Preferred * Proficiency with Google products including docs, sheets, slides and gmail * Ability to assess appropriate priorities and organize workload on multiple assignments * Excellent interpersonal, analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills * Communicate diplomatically, persuasively, effective oral, written and presentation skills * Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail * Ability to communicate effectively in a credible and confident manner at all levels in the organization, both orally and in writing * Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals, establish priorities, and organize resources * Ability to provide creative, solution-oriented support to complex situations * Ability to influence large, cross-functional teams without direct reporting responsibility * Ability to work with different levels of management throughout an organization, and translate customer needs into technology and process solutions * Ability to multi-task and juggle management of several projects in parallel * Stakeholder/sponsor management * Attention to detail is essential * Experience successfully managing several transformative projects from conception through implementation * Understands organizational change management strategies * Strong interpersonal and leadership skills * A team player that has the ability to motivate the team and drive to project success * Interest in education * Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education.  * Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.   * Have the ability with or without accommodations to meet the physical demands of the position. Responsibilities
Lead and project manage operational support for significant facility solutions and major operational change initiatives within the school district. This includes developing project charters, monitoring multi-million dollar budgets, and coordinating with school leaders and construction services.
