Join us to drive end-to-end transformation across Supply Chain Management and Operations. In this role, you’ll lead high-impact initiatives in digitalisation, automation, production network optimisation and product development - partnering with cross-functional teams to turn strategy into measurable results. What you’ll be doing: Lead and support project teams within Supply Chain Management and Operations across digitalisation, automation, production network optimisation and product development. Lead cross-functional project teams to identify, design and implement solutions to complex project challenges. Implement and drive project management methods and best practices across operations. Prepare decision papers and provide clear reporting to the Steering Committee. Proactively support the operations in developing local masterplans, risk management solutions and in Capex planning and delivery. Develop comprehensive project and business plans to ensure the success of business-critical activities. What we’d love for you to have: Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. Several years’ experience in project management within a multinational company or from management consulting. Strong expertise in project management methods and frameworks, plus solid management reporting and presentation skills. Excellent analytical skills with a structured, proactive and solution-oriented approach. A hands- on and collaborative team player with a communicative, open and friendly personality. Very good German and good English skills, spoken and written. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally as required by the projects.
