The Project Manager Operations manages timelines, resources, and deliverables while ensuring clear communication across international stakeholders. This is a strategic yet hands‑on role that blends structured project leadership with effective reporting, risk management, and coordination in a fast‑paced environment. Job Description Project Planning & Strategy Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and success criteria. Provide strategic direction and vision to project teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Project Execution & Coordination Oversee day‑to‑day project activities, ensuring tasks are executed according to plan. Monitor project progress and take necessary action to ensure successful completion. Build and lead cross‑functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and executives to maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Risk & Resource Management Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Manage project budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization. Quality Assurance Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the highest standards. Conduct thorough project reviews and evaluations upon completion. Reporting & Governance Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues. Generate comprehensive project reports for leadership review. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in project management. Experience leading cross‑functional projects in an international environment. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical or business/management studies. Project management certifications are an advantage. Familiarity with preparing reports and presentations for management. Strategic mindset with a strong long‑term perspective. Proactive attitude and eagerness to make an impact in a fast‑growing organizational environment. Strong listening, communication, and collaboration skills, paired with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, or other project management tools. Fluent in English (B2–C1). Willingness to travel.
