THE ROLE & THE TEAM
At Zeos Platform Operations, we act as a bridge between commercial, operations, and tech teams to enable seamless onboarding and successful integration for our Multi Channel Fulfillment (MCF) service. Our work rectly impacts partner satisfaction and enables scalable growth across new markets, sales channels, and strategic partnerships. Within the Zeos Onboarding team, we own the partner journey from post-signature to go-live, supporting technical integration, project management for strategic partners, and hypercare. We consult on solution design, facilitate testing processes, and collaborate cross-functionally to bring new service capabilities of Zeos to life. As an Onboarding Manager (ZEOS Platform Operations), you will work hands-on with our partners, integrators, and sales channels to drive high-quality onboarding. You will support in implementing and scaling Multi Channel fulfillment across Europe, contribute to product improvements, and help shape a replicable and partner-first integration experience.
