At Optimiza, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive successful delivery of our projects and support business growth. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating managing projects with public sector related to digital transformation.projects across various teams to ensure seamless execution aligned with company objectives. The role requires effective communication, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to overcome challenges and optimize project outcomes. Responsibilities: Lead project planning sessions and coordinate team efforts to deliver on project goals. Define clear project scopes, schedules, and budgets, and track progress to achieve milestones. Manage communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams to maintain alignment and transparency. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project impact. Utilize project management tools to monitor and report on the status of projects. Ensure quality assurance and deliverable standards are met or exceeded. Support the continuous improvement of processes and documentation. Mentor and guide junior team members as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or related field. 4 to 5 years of proven experience managing projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Proficiency with project management software and tools. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to identify risks early and implement effective solutions. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable. Class A Medical Insurance
