About the role RFQ Opportunity 3-months Contract Melbourne based Hybrid Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementation within a complex enterprise or public sector environment. This is an exciting opportunity to drive end-to-end delivery of a high-impact transformation program, working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from planning through to delivery and operational handover Deliver large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementations in complex environments Manage project governance, including reporting to Steering Committees and senior executives Drive Agile SCRUM practices, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage scope, priorities, and delivery commitments Oversee multi-disciplinary teams including Business Analysis, Architecture, Development, Testing, and Infrastructure Ensure effective financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies Key Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in Project Management (mandatory) Proven experience delivering projects within complex ICT environments (government experience highly regarded) Strong experience reporting to senior leadership and Steering Committees Demonstrated experience with formal project management methodologies (PRINCE2 or PMBOK) Strong Agile / Scrum Master experience, including sprint ceremonies and stakeholder coordination Experience managing end-to-end project delivery, including transition to business-as-usual operations Proven ability to manage cross-functional delivery teams across technical and business domains Solid experience in software development and/or COTS implementations Hands-on experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance Essential: Experience delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementations in large, complex environments Why Join Work on a high-profile enterprise transformation program Collaborate with experienced professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Opportunity to lead complex delivery initiatives with real organisational impact Why Fujitsu?
