Description
Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Oracle Tuxedo and the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, including vendor and on-site/off-shore resources ("shoulder field teams"). The candidate will work directly with senior stakeholders and will be responsible for providing project updates and status reports to the Managing Director level. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Tuxedo-based application initiatives Manage and coordinate internal teams and external vendor resources Ensure project timelines, quality, and deliverables are met Prepare executive-level reports and present updates to senior management. Drive requirement discussions, solution planning, technical reviews, and risk management Ensure compliance with bank standards, governance, and security policies Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in project management Hands-on experience or solid understanding of Oracle Tuxedo Ability to manage shoulder field / distributed technical teams Strong understanding of distributed systems architecture Solid technical background with experience in C/C++ (mandatory) Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills Experience in banking/financial domain preferred
