Currently, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong e-commerce background to join our team and to create a meaningful impact on building this future. Excited to make it real? Here’s what your journey could look like: Plan, launch, and manage direct response TV and live shopping campaigns across global markets, owning the full cycle from brief to post-campaign analysis Build and maintain detailed reporting in Excel—spot-level spend, ROI, attribution, sell-through, and channel/daypart performance—turning raw data into decisions Coordinate with TV stations, live shopping networks, retail partners, media agencies, and creative teams across multiple time zones to keep campaigns on schedule and on budget Track weekly performance by market, spot inefficiencies, and reallocate spend to the channels, dayparts, and regions that actually drive sales Manage inventory forecasts, fulfillment timelines, and stock levels in close sync with e-commerce and supply chain teams across markets Negotiate rates, placements, and terms with international broadcasters, live shopping networks, and retail partners to secure the best deal for every campaign Build processes and playbooks that let us scale into new countries and channels without losing quality or control What we’ll count on you for: Proven experience as a Project Manager in e-commerce—this is non-negotiable; you’ve run real projects in an online-sales environment and you understand funnels, attribution, and unit economics inside out Strong project management skills: you run multiple projects across different markets in parallel, hit deadlines, and keep stakeholders aligned without drama Advanced Excel skills—pivot tables, complex formulas, clean data models, and fast analysis are second nature to you (if VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and SUMIFS don’t ring a bell, this role isn’t for you) Comfort working with large volumes of performance data—spot logs, order timestamps, attribution reports—and the instinct to ask the right questions of the numbers Proactivity and hustle, demonstrating your initiative to drive projects forward independently and collaboratively Strong critical thinking skills, enabling you to evaluate options, make informed decisions, and provide insightful feedback to the team Comfort working across time zones and cultures—our partners and markets span the globe Exceptional time-management skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines—especially during Q4 peak season when multiple markets run simultaneously A high level of attention to detail, ensuring nothing slips between media plans, invoices, and performance reports Fluent English for daily work with international partners and markets Extra points if you bring: Hands-on experience with TV advertising (direct response, media buying, spot planning) Background in live shopping or live commerce (QVC-type formats, livestream selling) Retail or CPG channel management experience (working with chains, distributors, or marketplaces at scale) Now let’s talk perks: 🏖️ Balance that works for you Take your birthday off, wrap up two hours earlier on Fridays, and enjoy one work-from-home day each week—plus 20 extra remote days from anywhere in the world. 🌟 Grow on your terms Use your personal budget for courses or conferences.
