Project Manager Receivables Management (m/f/d)

In this position, you will take on exciting projects in the field of credit management and work together with internal and external stakeholders on future-oriented financing solutions for our customers in the DACH region.

Our team is growing and is looking for a Project Manager for Receivables Management (m/f/d) at our Salzburg location.

What to expect
  • You will support the Credit Management team in strategic and operational projects as well as in the continuous development of our credit processes.
  • Together with our sales brands in the DACH region, you will develop innovative credit products and financial solutions for our customers.
  • You keep an eye on legal and regulatory requirements in the credit and financial services sector and derive necessary adjustments.
  • You coordinate technical requirements (requirements engineering) and manage the implementation with internal departments and external partners.
  • You will take on different roles in cross-functional projects and work closely with stakeholders from credit management, sales, IT and other departments.
  • You monitor relevant key figures, analyze risk developments and support the ongoing optimization of our credit decision processes.
Your skills
  • Completed business education (university, university of applied sciences or comparable), ideally with a focus on business, banking, finance or financial services.
  • Initial professional experience in project management, credit management, process management or in a comparable position in the financial or banking environment.
  • Experience in the analysis and optimization of business processes, and ideally initial knowledge in requirements engineering or business analysis.
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented work style, as well as enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, service orientation, and enjoyment in developing successful solutions together with different stakeholders.
  • Interest in digitalization, process optimization and new technologies, as well as motivation to actively shape changes.
  • Proficient use of MS Office – knowledge of ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics, is an advantage.
