Would you like to join the leading international intergovernmental organization? The Project Manager (Outsourcing) leads all activities for one or more low-complexity, interdependent projects to deliver products to external or internal customers. The role is responsible for the end-to-end management of outsourced projects, including planning, risk management, contract oversight, and stakeholder coordination to ensure delivery on time, cost, and scope. Responsibilities: Lead all activities for low-complexity outsourcing projects from initiation to closure. Perform risk management activities: identify, assess, and mitigate risks and vulnerabilities, reporting findings to the business. Define, document, and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, quality, risk, and communication plans. Track project activities, manage stakeholder involvement, and monitor costs, time, quality, and resource usage. Define and manage project requirements, ensuring traceability and formal agreement from stakeholders. Act as the routine contact point for contract management with suppliers, support performance data collection, and create standard performance reports. Contribute to other project activities in support of higher-level Project Managers. Adopt the project approach defined by the Portfolio Manager in line with Agency processes. Develop Project Proposals based on Customer requirements and agreements. Manage the Project Team to deliver according to Customer agreements. Provide regular and accurate Project status reports. Essential Qualifications & Experience: A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in an information systems, physics or electronics related scientific or engineering discipline, or other relevant scientific discipline, and 2 years post-related experience. Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCI Agency, that is, at least 6 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post. Recent experience in Project management of C4ISR acquisition and / or development projects for a large organization. Experience in Project Management tools, managing cost and labour. A recognised formal Project Management qualification, such as PRINCE2 or PMP. The lack of formal qualifications can be compensated by the demonstration of expertise and experience in the domain. Desirable: •Experience in managing projects within a large organization environment is highly desirable •Experience with using Business Intelligence Toolsets •Certification in Risk Management is highly desirable: (Management of Risk (MoR) or similar); •Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements; •Knowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT.
