Description Full Time, Limited Term - Project Manager, Owners Representative (Employed Contractor, Benefit Eligible) Requirements Support Administrative Team in developing project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Act as primary liaison between project teams (architects, GCs) and Administrative team. Review and act as first round approver for invoices, change orders, and payment applications. Oversees budget, manages budgetary inputs, keeps administration apprised on budget tracking. Conduct site meetings and inspections. Manage FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment) and move-in coordination. Ensure proper closeout documentation and deficiency correction.

Responsibilities

The Project Manager/Owners Representative will support the Administrative Team in developing project scope and objectives while acting as the primary liaison between project teams and the Administrative team. They will also oversee budget management and ensure proper closeout documentation.
