About the role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects, providing project management leadership and direction for assigned projects. Responsibilities Oversee the entire company project timeline and provide mentoring or coaching to the Project Management team to ensure projects achieve their scopes and objectives. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Develop and communicate clear and actionable deliverables or activities to be completed. Identify activity owners, as well as clear timelines and success criteria in Project Management and Quality Assurance. Track deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout the project process and quality testing results before deployment of enhancements and project rollouts to Production. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects. Hold owners accountable for their commitments and conduct project team meetings. Provide status updates to management, identify and resolve issues that may arise, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery in accordance with stated project goals. Provide weekly/monthly IT department reports to Management through weekly/monthly meetings. Coordinate weekly departmental meetings, updating progress status, deliverables of Projects, and Quality Testing results. Requirements Must-have: Minimum 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years of project management experience within the IT and financial services industry. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Specify which Microsoft Office applications are essential. Project management related certification such as Agile, PMP, Prince II, or equivalent. Investment banking knowledge is a plus. Clarify the extent of investment banking knowledge required. Nice-to-have: Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in computer science/information technology, computer engineering, or equivalent. Clarify if a Master's degree is mandatory or if a Bachelor's degree is sufficient. Experience in a full cycle of software development lifecycle and software testing lifecycle. They can be from the Infra side or any other side as well as long as they have experience in handling the projects. Investment banking knowledge is a plus.
