  Summary/Objective  As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, control, and completion of assigned projects while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitment, and goals of the organization.     Essential Functions  * Manage a team while providing strong mentorship and leadership. * Help define project scope, goals, and deliverables. * Outlines the tasks involved in the project and allocates resources/delegates tasks accordingly. * Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project. * Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates. * Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk * Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project. * Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables. * Present to executive leadership team reports on project status and progress. * Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors. * Communicates and collaborates with other departments to provide training and information required for new projects, programs, and systems. * Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices. * Performs other related duties as assigned.   Competencies and Basic Requirements  * Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent experience as a project manager preferred. * A minimum of five years of related experience is required. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong supervisory and leadership skills. * Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. * Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.   Supervisory Responsibility  This position has supervisory responsibilities.    Work Environment  This position operates in both a field environment at job sites with occasional office work.   * This role entails routine driving between multiple worksites.  * Work near light/heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis. * Work outside in various conditions including heat and humidity, rain, dust, noise, and cold.   Physical Demands  Must be able to lift and carry at least 40lbs. for 100-linear feet without assistance.    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work  This is a full-time position.
