Project Manager (Paid Social) – Digital Growth Marketing Agency Full-Time | US Hours | Remote A fast-growing digital growth marketing agency is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Paid Social team. Our agency specializes in scaling eCommerce brands through engaging, personalized messaging across paid social, email, and SMS channels—helping clients drive new customer acquisition, expand brand awareness, and grow profitably on platforms like Meta and TikTok. In this role, you’ll act as the operational backbone of the Paid Social team—ensuring smooth communication between Account Managers, creatives, and clients, and keeping all projects moving from concept to launch without friction. Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for asset approvals, managing the flow of creative files, copy, and feedback between internal teams and clients via Slack, email, and other platforms. Track and enforce brand-specific processes and workflows to ensure accurate execution across accounts. Document clear action items and next steps after meetings; follow up to ensure timely completion. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and schedules to keep campaigns on track. Support Account Managers and Creative Strategists by removing blockers and ensuring tasks progress on time. Proactively address delays through candid, solution-oriented conversations with internal team members. Maintain organized records of assets, feedback, and approvals. Coordinate and schedule calls between clients and internal teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred). Minimum 2 years of project management experience, ideally in marketing, advertising, or a creative agency. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. High attention to detail and strong follow-through. Experience with project management and communication tools (e.g., Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, Frame.io) is a plus.
