• You lead and execute. You’re comfortable switching between strategy and hands-on tasks.
• You’re a people mover. A true change ambassador who leads with clarity and courage.
• You’re an organizer. Planning, governance, timelines; yes please!
• You’re proactive, independent and calm in chaos (as long as you get to organize it).
• You’re an excellent communicator; verbally and in writing.
• You’re fluent in both Agile and stage-gate ways of working.
• You’re hands-on: from taking notes to coordinating workshops, you support the team wherever needed.

Bonus points if you:

• Speak Dutch and English.
• Have experience running multiple projects simultaneously.
• Are familiar with the dynamics of a scale-up or startup.
• Have worked with international stakeholders.

• Set up and manage full project plans: from scope to deliverables
• Lead and support cross-functional teams
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels
• Identify and manage risks
• Keep track of actions, decisions, and facilitate workshops
