PROJECT MANAGER JOB POSTING JOB SUMMARY We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of residential and mixed-use construction projects. This key role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager serves as a proactive leader and problem-solver, fostering strong collaboration across teams while managing multiple project phases. This position requires flexibility to work out of town as needed across British Columbia and Alberta. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  * Lead all phases of project delivery, from pre-construction through final completion. * Develop and manage budgets, schedules, scopes of work, and subcontracts. * Oversee procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of materials and services. * Monitor milestones, critical paths, and deliverables to keep projects on track. * Provide direction and support to site teams, subcontractors, and consultants. * Collaborate with design, engineering, and fabrication teams to align objectives. * Mentor junior project team members and promote a strong team culture. * Coordinate between fabrication and site teams for seamless project execution. * Monitor project budgets, forecast costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities. * Review and approve invoices, change orders, and progress claims. * Support value engineering initiatives and strategic purchasing decisions. * Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams. * Lead project meetings and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders. * Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation. * Identify potential project risks early and develop mitigation strategies. * Resolve project issues with professionalism, accountability, and agility. * Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and regulatory requirements. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS * Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry. * Proven ability to manage complex contracts and permitting processes. * Experience in remote or out-of-town project locations. * Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar). * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Willingness to travel and work at project sites across BC and Alberta.
