Position Details: Location: Layton Preserve Schedule: Part-time, approximately 22–25 hours per week Availability: Some flexibility required, including occasional weekends Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day property operations including leasing, resident relations, and vendor coordination Ensure timely rent collection and accurate record-keeping Oversee maintenance requests and property upkeep Support marketing and community engagement efforts Maintain compliance with company policies and housing regulations.
