Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of our Patient Engagement Platform (PEP) powered by Patients Know Best (PKB). This is a pivotal role in our digital transformation journey, ensuring the successful rollout of a system that has already demonstrated positive outcomes and significant potential for financial savings and operational efficiencies.
In this pivotal role, you’ll manage the full lifecycle of the Patient Engagement Platform implementation. Working alongside our Digital Programme Manager, you will lead on ensuring the PEP implementation meets strategic objectives and aligns with BDCFT’s digital transformation agenda.
Manage the full project lifecycle of the Patient Engagement Platform from initiation to closure.
Coordinate and lead a dedicated project team, including Business Analysts, external 3rd Party Providers, Communications Leads, and Project Support Officers.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and secure clinical and operational service resources to ensure successful adoption and integration the PEP.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are achieved as per the project scope.
Drive continuous improvement and benefits realisation through effective communication, training, and change management strategies.
Ensure compliance with NHS England’s Digital Capability Framework (DCF), Patient Engagement Toolkits and National Planning Guidance.
