JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and implement patient recruitment and retention strategies for clinical trials in Oncology, Immunology, and Neuroscience. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of clinical research experience and a strong track record of driving recruitment and retention across multiple studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of patient recruitment and retention strategies for clinical trials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure recruitment targets and timelines are met.
  • Implement patient engagement and retention initiatives throughout the trial lifecycle.
  • Track and analyze recruitment data, providing regular progress reports and recommendations.
  • Manage external vendors and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of clinical research experience, with a focus on patient recruitment and retention.
  • Experience in Oncology, Immunology, Neuroscience, or related therapeutic areas.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple studies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with digital recruitment tools and strategies.
  • Master’s degree or advanced certifications in related fields.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour
