WHO WE ARE

Paul Davis Restoration is a national franchise organization that provides property damage emergency services, restoration, and reconstruction services for residential and commercial properties due to water, fire, mold, storm, and other disasters. The Paul Davis Restoration Network is made up of more than 380 franchises across the US and Canada.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Knowledge of commercial & residential construction
· Valid class 5 driver license
· Good drivers abstract
· Letter of good conduct
· Ability to work within a team or independently as needed
· Knowledge of computer / Ipad / tablet
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent customer service
· IICRC Certifications will be considered an asset

· Commercial & Residential Site Inspections and Reporting
· Occasionally generate estimates using “Xactimate” software
· Coordinate with insurance companies & 3rd party adjusters through communication portal
- Collaborate with project supervisor & project coordinator keeping accurate documentation of changes in scope and request supplements as necessary.
· Communicate with project coordiantor regarding scope of work and budgets
· Using RMS “Restoration Management Software” to keep track of project activity
· Build relationships with insurance companies & 3rd party adjusters
