REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in residential construction project management
Strong working knowledge of hydronic in-floor heating (or willingness to become an expert)
Proven experience with team leadership, client communication, and vendor coordination
Experience using Buildertrend project management software (asset, not a strict requirement)
You’re organized, self-motivated, and thrive under pressure
Comfortable managing 100+ concurrent jobs in a fast-paced environment
Experience with dispatching crews and coordinating materials
Valid Ontario driver’s license

THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Project Manager with deep residential construction experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the hunger to grow into a General Manager role. You’ll oversee a dynamic portfolio of projects, lead internal and external teams, and ensure smooth operations from start to finish.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee 100+ residential hydronic/renovation projects in various stages across the GTA
Coordinate schedules and dispatch field teams to job sites
Communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and alignment
Purchase materials, manage inventory, and coordinate deliveries
Manage vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep timelines and budgets on track
Own all aspects of project management including scheduling, budgeting, documentation, and quality control
Keep the team motivated, focused, and aligned with our high standards and fun work culture
