. Project Scope & Delivery Management
- Manage the scope of the project and changes to the project deliverables, while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Explain implications of changes to project scope and priorities to client and management to ensure changes are understood and approved.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to deliver projects on schedule and within the budget while meeting scope requirements.
- Drive all phases of the project lifecycle from initiation through go-live and post-implementation stabilization, ensuring adherence to CKG implementation methodology and quality standards.
2. Project Financial Management
- Manage project financials, including budget tracking, variance reporting, and resource cost allocation across concurrent engagements.
- Monitor project profitability against targets and flag budget risks to the Manager, Professional Services with recommended corrective actions.
- Prepare financial status summaries for inclusion in portfolio-level reporting to leadership.
3. Issue Resolution & Risk Management
- Proactively resolve project issues to mitigate delays and reduce the impact on project timelines.
- Maintain and actively manage project risk registers, ensuring all identified risks have documented mitigation strategies and assigned owners.
- Activate escalation protocols when critical project risks materialize, keeping leadership and client sponsors informed throughout.
4. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client project sponsors and stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle, ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, design reviews, and status meetings with client teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and expectations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that support successful adoption and long-term satisfaction with CKG solutions.
5. Reporting & Communication
- Provide updates to the management team and coworkers on customer/project status.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to internal leadership and client stakeholders, including milestone tracking, budget variance, and risk summaries.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including meeting minutes, decision logs, lessons learned and go-live readiness assessments.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination & Team Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams across software consulting, clinical configuration, technical integration, and quality assurance to drive milestone achievement and resolve dependencies.
- Coordinate the allocation of internal resources across concurrent projects, escalating blockers and resource conflicts to the Manager, Professional Services.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Quality Assurance, and Support teams to ensure seamless handoffs at go-live and post-implementation.
7. Process Improvement & Knowledge Management
- Identify repeatable patterns across engagements and codify them into reusable templates, checklists, and implementation accelerators.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of CKG implementation methodology, playbooks, and delivery standards.
- Participate in post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and drive process refinement.
Qualifications Required
- Experience managing software development projects through all phases of the project life cycle.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
- Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess project progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proven problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
- Able to attend customer meetings primarily in North America and potentially the UK & Ireland.
