Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (AND WHY YOU’LL ENJOY IT)

You’ll manage the full life cycle of commercial installation projects—budgets around $2–2.5M per year. While some PMs handle up to 40-50 jobs, this role leans toward fewer, more complex projects where your strategic input really matters.
You’ll work closely with the same cross-functional team (Sales, Application Engineering, PMs) across each job. No handoff chaos. No starting from scratch. Just strong collaboration, clear roles, and room to lead.

WHERE YOU’LL BE DOING IT

The company is based in Grand Rapids, MI with ~60 people and a 5-person PM team. You’ll be located near Detroit, work remotely, but travel to client sites as needed. You’ll have the flexibility to plan your week and the support to deliver.
