ABOUT THE ROLE
As Project Manager you will deliver the highest standard of excellence in new customer onboarding, deployment, and implementation of projects across our customers in the United States. In addition, the role will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of professional services engagements to drive customer value and adoption of our solutions.
Reporting to the Customer Value Office Director, our chosen candidate will have strong accountability, exceptional project management expertise, a background in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software implementations, and direct experience working with large enterprise accounts, and a customer-focused mindset. This is a high-visibility role that directly impacts customer satisfaction, retention, and regional business growth.
