JOB DESCRIPTION:

Pioneer Engineering Consultancy is pleased to announce exciting new career opportunities to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and deliver projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, specifications, and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and change orders effectively.
  • Oversee project resources, including manpower, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and prepare management reports.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in project management within the construction/engineering sector.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale projects in the UAE/GCC.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written); proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • PMP/Prince2 or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure.
