PROJECT MANAGER - ENGINEERING (FMCG)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts
Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire.

Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of engineering and operational excellence, leading and managing a variety of capital and improvement projects across our FMCG manufacturing facility. Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will be responsible for ensuring projects align with business goals, delivering measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, and quality.
This is a day-shift role offering a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000, with the chance to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take ownership of multiple engineering projects, from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and operations, to identify project requirements and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
- Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring high standards of work and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee installation and commissioning of new equipment, systems, or processes.
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving expertise to support the team.
- Regularly report on project progress, risks, and performance to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in project management.
