Piper Companies is seeking a Project Manager to join a growing environmental engineering team focused on delivering innovative water treatment solutions. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Venice, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to work on reverse osmosis and low-pressure membrane systems, supporting projects from design through implementation and client handoff.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PROJECT MANAGER INCLUDE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines.
• A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to work on diverse projects.

• Perform analytical design and specify system components for water treatment systems.
• Create technical proposals and cost estimates for project bids.
• Assist in developing project schedules and coordinate with client engineers and contractors.
• Prepare technical documentation including P&IDs, equipment layouts, and submittals.
• Track project progress and control costs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Interface with vendors to obtain quotes, evaluate proposals, and select components.
• Write and edit O&M manuals, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with internal CAD and fabrication teams to develop detailed designs.
• Support installation, start-up, testing, and operator training alongside internal and client teams.
