SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Tertiary qualification in Construction/Project Management, Engineering, or a relevant trade background

• .Minimum 5 years’ experience in a related industry
• .Proven ability to lead and manage diverse teams including consultants, technical staff, contractors, and tradespeople
• .Experience in healthcare infrastructure is desirable but not essential

Grampians Health’s Capital Projects Team is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager (Planning) to join our dynamic team. This role provides leadership, professional expertise, and end-to-end project management for capital infrastructure projects across Grampians Health. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within scope and budget, while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of capital infrastructure projects, from planning and design through to delivery

• .Conduct research, engage stakeholders, manage consultants and contracts, and oversee project resourcing, scheduling, and budget control
• .Manage procurement processes and ensure effective contract administration
• .Actively participate in project meetings and reporting to ensure optimal outcomes for Grampians Health
