Our Client, Jensen’s Plumbing & Heating Ltd. is a family-run mechanical contracting business proudly serving the Lower Mainland for 40 years. Headquartered in Langley, BC, we specialize in full mechanical systems for wood frame apartment buildings, with a strong reputation built on integrity, high-quality workmanship, and long-standing relationships in the construction industry.
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager (Plumbing and Heating) to join our Team. The successful candidate will oversee mechanical scopes on multi-family projects from pre-construction to final turnover, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Plan, organise, and manage multiple multi-family projects from tender to close-out
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets in coordination with site teams and general contractors
• Interpret and review mechanical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance
• Manage and communicate with developers, consultants, trades, and suppliers
• Prepare and administer subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders
• Collaborate with Field manager & Site Foreman to monitor manpower, progress, and site logistics
• Track project costs, perform quantity take-offs, and manage cost reporting
• Coordinate inspections and ensure code compliance (plumbing, gas, and HVAC)
• Support the safety program and ensure adherence to WorkSafeBC regulations
• Investigate and resolve project delays, deficiencies, and RFIs
• Lead site and coordination meetings and maintain project documentation
