JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager – Plumbing with at least 12 years of proven expertise in managing plumbing works for large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, coordination, execution, and delivery of plumbing systems in compliance with international standards and local codes. This role demands strong leadership, technical know-how, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in plumbing project management within the construction or MEP industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, sanitary, fire protection).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end management of plumbing systems in construction projects—from planning through execution and commissioning.
  • Review plumbing designs, drawings, and technical submittals; ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and relevant codes.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, MEP teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and material procurement plans specific to plumbing systems.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Resolve technical issues on-site related to plumbing works and propose effective solutions.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, inspection logs, and handover documents.
  • Mentor and manage site engineers, supervisors, and plumbing technicians.
