REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, technical support, or related fields.
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical processes in simple terms.
• Basic technical knowledge, especially in connecting and setting up hardware.
• Ability to perform simple electrical work such as wiring, installing power points, and ensuring safe hardware connections.
• Able to work independently and travel to various customer sites in Singapore.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to get hands-on.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.

• Project Deployment: Carry out on-site hardware and system installations for clients, ensuring timely and professional setup.
• After-Sales Support: Attend to customer requests and troubleshoot hardware or system issues, including on-site visits when required.
• Customer Assistance: Provide clear guidance to customers on how to use our systems, both via phone and in-person.
• Product Training: Conduct user training sessions for customers during deployments to ensure they can fully utilise the systems.
• Technical Setup: Perform simple wiring work such as connecting devices to LAN ports and power points.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Support other operational and project-related duties as assigned.
