CTRMG’s Project Manager serves as the single point of accountability for all task order execution, providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and direct interface with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). The PM ensures all program activities align with agency objectives, including curriculum review, instructor audits, grant review support, and Section 508 compliance. THIS ROLE IS CONTINGENT ON CONTRACT AWARD Key Responsibilities Serve as primary liaison to Government stakeholders and lead all program communications Manage execution of onsite and virtual course reviews, instructor audits, and review boards Oversee SME assignments and ensure timely completion of deliverables (e.g., 14-day review cycles) Lead program planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring Ensure compliance with ADDIE methodology and agency quality standards Direct preparation and submission of monthly, annual, and ad hoc reports Facilitate Course Review Board meetings and consensus-building activities Implement quality assurance and continuous improvement processes Ensure continuity of operations and staffing coverage at all times Requirements Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, government operations, or business operations Demonstrated supervisory/lead experience Subject matter expertise in emergency management and response operations Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting FEMA, DHS, or NTED programs PMP or equivalent certification Experience managing distributed SME teams and federal training programs CTR Management Group is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
